Payment Policy

1. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollar), unless otherwise stated. Full payment must be made in advance for all market research reports, subscriptions, and digital content. No service or report will be delivered prior to receipt of payment. We accept payments via invoicing which must be paid within 14 calendar days (Net 14) of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Invoice Payment Period

For custom projects or enterprise clients receiving an invoice, the payment period is Net 14 — meaning full payment is due within 14 calendar days from the date of invoice. For subscription models, late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our market research reports and strategic consulting services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a product has been delivered or service work has commenced. Clients are encouraged to carefully review available report samples, executive summaries, or to contact us with any questions before purchase.

4. Taxes and Fees

Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and charges unless stated otherwise. Clients are responsible for any such additional costs, including bank transfer fees, if applicable.

5. Currency and International Transactions

All international transactions must be settled in USD unless otherwise arranged in advance. Currency conversion fees or cross-border transaction charges (if any) must be borne by the customer.

6. Disputed Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error, please notify us within 7 business days of the transaction. We will review the case and respond promptly. Disputed charges do not absolve the client from timely payment of non-disputed amounts.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
